Now here's an original project. Some guys who post over at VWVortex are building a Nissan 240 truck. The weirdest thing is not the fact that they are converting a former drift car to a pickup, but that they are adding a cantilever rear suspension, sorta F1 style. More pics after the jump. And if you click through to the thread, you'll see a fairly skillful truck conversion on a VW Fox wagon. Update: Josh just provided this link to a thread on the Nicoclub.com with even more pics of the car.

Where in anything does it say it was supposed to be original? you guys are morons. The only reason we have even thought about putting pictures on the web, is because we thought people might like to see it. Not to hear about some stupid JDM points. And now 75% of the metal on the car is made in america anyway, we dont' care. I think we all had a great time building this, and look at it with great satisfaction.

ooh by the way..this was build for under $650 yeah thats right probably less than most people would spend on a intake and full exhaust..

look i have never said this was original....
i did not write this blog...i have seen eds project and i thought it turned out great "eds car is amazing"...
i have seen cantilevers on other cars before.. all that i have done has been done on other cars before...mine was done because of bad 240 cancer..

iam not looking for respect from anyone with this car.. this car was build for a purpose.. it is a track car... this car will be wrecked..

and as for the wtf bro dude... if you watched futurama you would have gotten the project satan reference from the name..
believe it or not some people don't build things for jdm respect..

some people build cars to drive...not for there mad tyte jdm points with their buddys...

Not talking shit about Ed by means either but he didnt do alot of the work his pops did or his grandpa I cant remember who it was. Most of his 240 was hacked apart while ever cute we made we had to decide on structural supports and how it will affect the metal in a wreak etc etc.

I know i put alot of work in this damn truck. Who the fuck cares if it not original you drive a Scion xDouch. Guess what Intake exhaust lowering a car and putting rims on it isnt original either
