I mentioned this wreck yesterday in New on the Net--a stunt driver lost control of an Aston Martin DBS while attempting to deliver it to the set of the latest Bond flick, and ended up in Lake Garda, Italy. Well, here's some video of the car after they pulled it out of the drink. I can't believe the guy didn't get killed! My Italian is getting a bit rusty but the guys walking around the car sound equally amazed.

At least he didn't scratch the wheels on the way down - someone knows how to protect the important bits! :)

wow, thats amazing, the car is really safe... but i'm sad, that was a great car, the person who did this probably didn't deserve to be driving it...

Dang! I wonder if that damage happened when it the bottom of the lake or before hand. I think somebody was a little too into character.

Unless Q pre-equipped this martin with an escape hatch floor pan then I don't have a clue how he survived.
